VCTF PRESENTS INTERNATIONAL CHILDREN’S DAY
JUNE 8 and 9, 2019
International Children’s Day is a day of the year to commemorate our most valuable resource, our children, and ensure that they are given the tools they need to not only survive but also to thrive in society. In the United States, Children’s Day is celebrated on the second Sunday of June.
The Vermont Children’s Trust Foundation supports children’s programming all across Vermont. Early childhood education, literacy and mentoring programs, teen centers and after school programming give all our children an opportunity to learn and grow, to expose them to new ideas and provide positive experiences within our communities. Funding these programs is the heart of our VCTF mission.
