For 2024 Polar Express tickets:
VCTF’s THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride is our largest fundraising event of the year. The money we raise through donations and ticket revenue helps to fund important children’s programs throughout Vermont. We think the cause it supports – the well-being of Vermont Kids – contributes to its popularity.
VCTF Donors: Anyone who donates a minimum of $100.00 to VCTF by June 30, 2024 is on our Advance Ticket List and may purchase up to 5 tickets for THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride 2024. The link to purchase tickets will be sent to donors in mid-September.
Bell Ringer Sponsors: When you donate $150+, you will be placed on our advanced ticket list and may purchase up to 5 tickets to THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride. You will also be able to list yourself, family, children, grandchildren or someone else of your choosing as a Bell Ringer sponsor in the Polar Express songbook!
If you donate a minimum of $100.00 on Line 23 of your 2023 Vermont State Tax Return, please email us for ordering instructions before September 1, 2024. Thank you for supporting Vermont children and families!
Refund Policy: The Polar Express runs through rain, hail, sleet and snow.
E-tickets are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for alternate dates or times. Tickets are transferrable. If you are unable to attend, please try to pass your tickets along to a family that can use them!
