To prevent the occurrence of Dating Violence by increasing the number of ongoing healthy relationships presentations given in schools and by strengthening relationships with administrators and educators.

To provide assistance to enable them to provide direct services programming.

DREAM's Teen Leadership Program is designed to foster self-esteem and leadership skills in the teen populations of each of the seven DREAM communities.

Engage youth in choosing healthy behavior by 1) creating a mentoring initiative of both training existing mentors and providing a Hope Works mentor model at two pilot sites; 2) expand men's youth violence prevention educational workshops into new populations of teen centers; and 3) expand their successful male role model presentations into co-ed and women's groups.

In line with their mission to support, engage, inspire, and empower youth to make healthy decisions and become active community members and leaders, Essex CHIPS will hold bi-monthly Teen Nights. These free, third space Friday events will provide a safe, healthy, and engaging environment for teens. Program offerings will include healthy snacks, supervised games, STEM activities, and special guest speakers covering topics such as healthy living, community engagement, leadership, and career exploration. Additional special events will feature movies, sports, and other interactive activities. The intent is to be an enriching and fun experience for youth seeking productive social time.

To provide computer learning stations for Teen Program at Milton Family Community Center, Vermont Adult Learning, Community members and Reach-Up clients.

Provide school vacation activities and field trips as well as leadership opportunities & prevention activities to yough agest 11-18 in the Springfield Area.
