Addison Central Teens plans to create a program, Techie Teens, where teens are taught how to build computers. During Teen Center drop-in hours, students from their Computer Science Department will aid 4-6 teens in purchasing parts and building two computers. This program will facilitate the development of teens’ technical skills while doubling the amount of computers available in the Teen Center.

A teen center in Cabot called "The Hop"

To provide educational, parenting, life skills, and employment readiness skills and curricula to the growing population of pregnant and parenting teens within Franklin and Grand Isle Counties. The high school diploma or equivalent, employment or higher education preparation, and parenting/life skills knowledge gained by participants thorugh programming will continue to improve the independence of young families and reduce the risk of abuse and neglect as well as the family's dependence on State assistance.

Produce a film based on the acclaimed Voices Project theater production that toured Vermont in 2007. The film will be based on the lives of Vermont teens.
