Sparks of STEAM Building Skills for the Future will give your child an educational experience that is not only inline with their interests, but also will help to further their social emotional and life skills. With the experiences they gain, they increase their confidence in their abilities, strengthen their problem-solving skills, collaboration skills, logical thinking, as well as deepen their innate curiosity, while inspiring their artistic ability. Sparks of STEAM Building Skills for the Future introduces students to scientific and engineering practices, cross-cutting concepts, and disciplinary core ideas as outlined in the Next Generation Science Standards, as well as creative arts, technology, and mathematics.

Through join programming between VSA Arts of Vermont's Start With The Arts and the Franklin Grand Isle Bookmobile, to maintain or improve children's attainment of 3 Vermont Learning Stanards by offerings a 6-week inclusive arts and literacy program at 8 home child care sites in Franklin/Grand Isle Counties and by training home child care providers in inclusive arts and literacy programming.

Offer local grade school age children high quality and affordable summer programming in the areas of art, science, nature, an physical health for nine full weeks during summer break.

Expand the scope of summer activities provided to the children living in the Burlington Housing Authority subsidized family developments. They will hire a summer program coordinator who will better streamline programming with existing partners.

Summer program will be offered to 230 students in grades K-6. Goal is to offer the students a learning experience working in the garden, learn about their enviornment nd work with the community.

A summer theatre program in Orleans County

A program specifically for at risk teens in Lamoille County for the summer.

Paran Recreations is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of rural children from low income families. Therefore our goal is to sustain the access of year-round outdoor and environmental education for our surrounding community focusing on youth populations by providing at least 25% of campers with a full funded scholarship to attend our camps throughout the year.
