Addison Central Teens provides a daily after school drop in space with a healthy meal, adult mentorship and support, and socio-emotional skill building opportunities for youth 12-18. We are expanding our drop in service alongside our additional critical programs, specifically our life skills classes, and we are broadening our community building support and activities for marginalized and minority youth. ACT strives to provide youth with the tools to succeed as teens and future adults. We host groups for LGBTQ+ youth, and for teens struggling with their mental health, and workshops on financial literacy to support teens from all angles. We hope to expand these programs to serve a broader range of identities, and build a variety life skills.

Future Genius, Inc. provides high-quality, affordable summer enrichment programs that explore 21st century sustainability education and stewardship. Through exploration of the U.N. Global Goals for Sustainable Development, Future Genius activates middle school youth, regardless of family income or background, to become agents of change—future leaders and problem-solvers—energized to transform the planet. Our innovative STEM programs are designed to boost academic achievement, foster social and emotional well-being, and create civic responsibility for a sustainable future. With a focus on personal development, Future Genius builds confidence and initiates exciting ideas for making a difference.

Prove children of the A.C.E. Before and After school program an opportunity to enrich their afterschool time with Colchester Parks and Recreation.

The Village of Enosburg Falls is working to open a Youth Center within walking distance of the middle & high schools. Being in a space designed for and with youth will enhance their sense of self-worth through activities and relationships. Youth in our community do not feel a sense of belonging outside of school and the library is our only youth-friendly business. This space will help youth express themselves, explore their self-identities, provide safe opportunities for stepping outside of their comfort zones, and the grace of being supported through their trial and errors, rather than reprimanded or discouraged by them. This Center will increase youth mental health and help increase youth-positive feelings in the community.
